Every show deserves expert design and preparation. Our Complete Show offerings are all-inclusive, giving you everything you need to produce a flawless program. Each package includes:

• Google Classroom Access for easy and efficient production facilitation
• All “Sheets” Training for streamlined learning and execution of adjudication system
• Instructor Education to guide your teaching staff with expert resources
• Stamina & Conditioning Content to ensure peak physical performance

Five One-Hour Design & Feedback Meetings to perfect every detail

PACKAGE #1 – $800
Foundational Show Design + Training
This is where the magic begins. The essentials that set the stage for a powerful performance:

• Drill/Staging Design: Structured movements and formations to create visually striking performances
• Show Design: Custom-designed to fit your unique performance goals
• 3D Video Representation: Video that bring your design to life, so you “see the vision”

Five Season Feedback Sessions: Ensure consistent improvement and fine-tuning throughout your journey

PACKAGE #2 – $1000
Custom Sound + Enhanced Training
Take it a step further with added custom features:

• All Package #1 Elements Included
• Custom Sound Design (Tier 1): A perfect soundtrack, designed to match your style and energy

Custom Port de Bras Training: Tailored training for seamless show execution for enhanced craftsmanship

Complete Show Choreography: Flag, and movement choreography for your entire show, crafted with precision, artistry and musicality!

Music Design – Elevate Your Sound

Perfect sound design can transform a good show into a great one. Our Music Design services offer you the flexibility to create a soundtrack that complements every move, every beat, and every moment. Each package includes a Design Meeting to ensure your vision is fully realized.

• Tier 1: $250
  • Two revisions
  • Simple transitions that complement your choreography
• Tier 2: $400
  • Two revisions
  • Complex transitions for a more polished sound
  • Add provided audio files for customized soundscapes
• Tier 3: $750
  • Three revisions
  • Full mixing and mastering
  • Transition effects & voiceovers, sound clips, etc that elevate the musicality of your show

Choreography – Bringing Movement to Life

Our Choreography services are designed to ensure your team performs with flair and precision. Whether you’re working with flags, rifles, or movement, we’ve got you covered:

• Movement/Flag Choreography: $150 per song (Fall/Outdoor)
• Add Rifle Choreography: $50 per song (Fall/Outdoor)

Drill/Staging
Maximize the impact of your performance with our structured drill and staging:

• Up to 10 Performers:
  • Movement/Flag Only: $250
  • Movement/Flag + Rifle: $300
• Each Additional Five Performers: $50 per group of 5 (Flag only) $75 (Flag/Rifle)

Choreography for Designed Drill/Staging:Full conditioning, movement, flag, and rifle training, delivered via Google Classroom on the EPC Network.

Mentorship Package – Expert Guidance for Success

Achieve your season goals with personalized mentorship. Our 5 one-hour sessions with EPC experts will guide you through the entire process—design, planning, and execution. Whether you’re refining details or executing your big vision, we’ll be there every step of the way.

• Price: $159 per season (May-October or November-April)

Affiliate Application

Services we provide: soundtrack engineering, music video recording and editing, drill design and staging (PyWare version of “mock drill” included), costuming, prop and equipment design, group training, movement training for instructional staff or students, equipment training for instructional staff or students, show theme support, administrative support, and private consultation for show design and support through the season. 

Rates vary based on competitive class, number of students, need of program, and location.
